Our skilled physical, occupational and speech therapists, disciplined in the latest, cutting-edge techniques, will quickly and successful transition your loved one to everyday life. An individualized goal-oriented therapy regimen is developed for each patient and administered 7 days a week. Tallwood’s Rehab Gym has all the latest machinery to facilitate and attain each patient’s rehabilitation goals, including specialized equipment from Accelerated Care Plus (ACP). You want your loved one back home. We’ll help get them there.
